VISIT OUR LABORATORY...


Commonly referred to as a “showroom”, we prefer to think of our public space as a laboratory. We cordially invite you to come see the current home and garden decor experiments underway at our 4,000 square foot indoor, and expansive outdoor laboratory just south of Sonoma, California. We're located on Highway 121, a quick 40-minute drive from San Francisco and only 20 minutes from Napa, at Cornerstone Gardens, a nine acre playground of gardens, food and design set in the vineyards at the gateway to the wine country.

EVOLUTION OF THE LABORATORY

Ten years ago I was into highly ornamented hand carved stone and weathered Victorian urns. Forays to Europe resulted in a strong interest in Belgian antiques and Belgian modern design, followed by Dutch and Belgian floral design. After that I discovered organic forms such as the vines and vineforms which I bring in now from Indonesia. Now I’m into rocks… the most basic forms out of the most elemental materials.


ABOUT OUR LOCATION

We’re situated at Cornerstone Gardens, playground in the vineyards. Cornerstone houses 9 beautiful acres of garden installations from some of the world’s most famous garden architects, as well as a collection of unique shops (us included!), winetasting, a gourmet organic café and the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau.
